DOCUMENT(s):

There are two methods for signing the waivers and completing the Pre-Ride Quiz:

1. Digital (preferred)
2. Hard copy

Based on your age at the 1st day of range riding, the following constraints apply:

• Adults (=>18 yrs old) … can do either Method #1 (digital – preferred) or Method #2 (hard-copy)
• Minors (<18 yrs old) … MUST do Method #2 (hard-copy)

Method #1: Digital  (preferred method for adult students)

• View online and sign digitally; no printing required
• PROMCT automatically gets notified when completed, so no further action needed by student

Process:

1. Go Here : https://kutt.it/PROMCT_Waivers
2. Enter Name & Email address (per your Registration)
3. Enter verification code sent to your email; click “Submit”
4. Read “Terms” & click checkbox to confirm complete; click “Continue”
5. Start by clicking on the blue “Start Signing” button in upper-right of page
6. Complete the field as required
7. Press the “Next field” button (or the “Tab” keyboard key) to go to next required field
8. Repeat steps 6-7 until finished.
9. When done, click on the blue “Finish” button in the upper-right of the screen.  A copy of your signed docs will be sent to both you and PRO.

• If you don’t see the “Finish” button, you’ve not completed all the necessary fields *

Method #2: Hard-copy

   ->  MINOR Waiver Packet ( <18 yo ) (https://kutt.it/PROMCT_Waivers_Packet_Minor)
2. Print
3. Review & Sign … Under 18 yo students MUST have a parent or guardian sign the forms via either…
        ->  in the presence of the class instructor at the time of your class, OR
       ->  via a Notary prior to the start of your class (ALL pages requiring a parent/guardian signature MUST be notarized)
4. Give all pages to instructor at the range
